Consent
No unwanted touching, sexual conduct, following, intimidation, repeated pestering or filming in circumstances where consent is required. Consent must be clear, voluntary and can be withdrawn.
Rush policies
Rush is queer-led, ally-friendly and built for respectful chaos. These rules protect patrons, performers, staff and the venue.
No unwanted touching, sexual conduct, following, intimidation, repeated pestering or filming in circumstances where consent is required. Consent must be clear, voluntary and can be withdrawn.
No hate speech, discriminatory harassment, threats, deliberate humiliation, hostile misgendering, bullying or abuse directed at patrons, staff or performers.
Follow reasonable instructions during queues, searches, crowd movement, medical incidents, evacuations and other safety procedures. Report hazards, harassment or suspicious behaviour to staff promptly.
Weapons, illegal substances, dangerous articles and any item prohibited by the venue or event safety plan may not be brought into the event. Lawful medication and accessibility equipment should be discussed with support or security where appropriate.
Do not supply alcohol to minors or pressure anyone to drink. Service may be refused where required by licensing, responsible-service or safety considerations.
Respect camera restrictions, sensitive spaces, performers and other patrons. Do not publish humiliating, intimate or unsafe content. Professional or commercial recording needs prior written approval.
Use only the ticket, wristband and access areas assigned to you. Do not share QR codes, force access, pass back wristbands or enter staff, performer, VIP or VVIP areas without authorisation.
Staff may intervene, relocate, refuse service, remove a person or contact emergency services or law enforcement where reasonably necessary. Serious or repeated breaches may result in account restrictions and do not automatically create a refund.
