Rush processes personal information to operate accounts, ticketing, events and support. We aim to use information lawfully, for defined purposes, and with appropriate safeguards.
Information collected
This may include identity and contact details, account activity, orders, payment references, tickets, transfers, guestlist requests, support messages, access logs, device and security information, and incident records. Rush does not need or store online-banking credentials.
Purpose of processing
Information is used to create and secure accounts, issue and verify tickets, process and reconcile payments, operate event entry, respond to support, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and improve service delivery.
Payment providers and operators
Payment and selected operational services may be supplied by vetted service providers acting under their own legal duties or on Rush instructions. Only information reasonably required for the relevant service should be shared.
Communications
Transactional messages may be sent for verification, password security, orders, tickets, event changes, safety and support. Marketing messages are handled separately and should include the available preference or opt-out controls.
Security
Rush uses measures such as password hashing, access controls, audit records, session controls, secure ticket identities and restricted administrative functions. No system can promise absolute security, so suspected compromise should be reported promptly.
Retention
Records are kept only for as long as reasonably required for ticket delivery, customer support, finance, tax, disputes, safety, fraud prevention and other lawful obligations, after which they should be deleted, anonymised or securely archived.
Your requests
Subject to applicable law and verification of identity, a person may request access, correction or deletion, object to certain processing, or raise a complaint through Rush support or the Information Regulator. Some records may need to be retained where lawfully required.
Contact and incidents
Privacy questions and suspected information incidents should be sent through the published Rush support channel with enough detail to investigate safely. Rush will assess notification and remedial duties under applicable law.
